Hello you all :) If you would like to do CrossFit at home for 30 minutes, then this is the class for you. You can regulate your own pace and intensity.
To get the most out of the workout, please bring:
1. a backpack with books (you determine how heavy you want it to be!) 2. a broomstick
This Crossfit session is only 30 minutes. It's for every level. You do not need to be a pro to do it.
